Terms of Sale Sales Tax

Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.

AZATURE CHOCOLATES collects sales tax for all states and the District of Columbia, except for Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. Return Policy AZATURE CHOCOLATES prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise and we will provide you with an e-store credit, less shipping costs. On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. AZATURE CHOCOLATES is not responsible for any loss mail or delivery of the item. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. AZATURE CHOCOLATES reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Shipping Rates and Terms

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.  No shipping charges apply as a special promotion, please check back for changes in our shipping policy:* For items in stock, please allow 10 to 15 business days prior to delivery. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. For your protection, items shipped to US destinations directly from AZATURE CHOCOLATES are shipped via Federal Express Home Delivery Signature Service. If you will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, a business, or any location where someone can sign for your package. If you would like your package to be left without a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions for your order. Please understand that AZATURE CHOCOLATES cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

Non-Deliverable, Refused & Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge. Stock Availability If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available.
