From our work with our expert chocolatiers to our selections for you, we work hard to ensure that you have the best level of service with our product.  All of our chocolates are specially wrapped and shipped with cool packs to ensure that our products arrive to you in perfect condition.  If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.

Returns Policy

At AZATURE chocolates online we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Our general return policy is as follows:

• It can be returned for online store credit within 30 days of receipt of goods.
• It must not be consumed, altered or damaged.
• It must be packed in the same care and packaging as it was sent out to you.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Any returns sent back C.O.D. will be refused as customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
